If we must constantly hear the Holy Spirit to overcome this present world, we must seek God in the old way-worship and fasting (Acts 13 Vs. 2).
For some people today, it is worship and pleasure. The devil has successfully exchanged fasting with pleasure.
NB: If we have come this far by God, it only takes God to advance us.
There are just a few panting believers who truly are panting after the Holy Spirit. Some are comfortable with just going to church, while others do not care about either of them (Psalm 41 Vs. 1).
If we must receive the things of God, we must be deep in God because there are no treasures at the threshold (Psalms 42 Vs. 7).
