The Power Of Meditation

Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity – to train attention and awareness, and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm and stable state.

Ist Timothy 2:15 encourages us to study to show ourselves approved unto God as a workman who needed not to be ashamed but rightly dividing the word of truth.

Lack of truth and practice of the truth has led to failures in life and ministry. We are quick to buy books and read them and sometimes practice what the authors of those books recommend. But we hardly read the Bible and if we do we select which we need to practice.

Yoga is the trending activity in our today’s world even amongst the bride of Christ (Church). It is the new and well celebrated meditation. Yoga has replaced the meditation God urges us to do. Our soundness of health and mind is now so tied with Yoga. What a pity!

Remember, God’s objective right now is to build Gracious Women in this deprived world irrespective of their race, age, status, academic background etc. No Gracious Women has been built without their contribution to the building.

Your willingness is God’s platform of training, establishing and settling you.

Just as no plant can germinate and grow without water, in the same way, no one who calls himself a child of God can grow without meditating on the Word of God.

Meditation is the water that waters the Word of God in us that grows and bears fruits.

Your growth level determines your meditation level on the Word of God.

There is power in meditation. Meditating on the Word of God builds your inner-mind and your inner-mind builds your entirety both for here and eternity.

You want to be Gracious, then meditate on the Gracious Word of God.
