The two channels through which your heart can be affected are your eyes and ears. What you see and hear can affect your heart positively or negatively.
Are you standing? Know that you’re not too big to fall.
Have you fallen? Know that no sin is too big for God Almighty to forgive.
If you cannot be disciplined enough to control what you see and hear, then you may find it difficult to control the actions from playing.
